Sustainability is the basis of our work: we have always been attentive to the environment and the territory. We are committed to reduce our impact on the planet and safeguard it.
In 2004, we replaced our oil-fired heating systems with natural gas systems.
In 2011, we installed 3000 m2 of photovoltaic panels that generate 420 Kwp of electricity, saving over 200,000 kg of CO2 released into the atmosphere.

Environmental awareness is one of Giganplast guiding principles and our certifications are proof of it.
We have obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, the TUV SÜD PRODUCT SERVICE* certificate to guarantee the safe manufacture of our products and the Plastica Seconda Vita* certificate that guarantees a careful approach to environmental responsibility and efficiency.
We also obtained ISO 45001:2018 certification, which guarantees a safe and healthy environment for our workers.
*TUV SUD and PSV certifications both refer to the product “Max garbage bin lt.120”.
